Entity Setup

What Is an Entity?

An entity organizes your project’s groups and channels, enabling unified management of points, campaigns, and other features.

Steps to Create an Entity:

Access Entity Setup:

  • First-time users can create an entity on the Welcome Page.

  • Important: First-time users must set up an entity before accessing other RabbitBot functions. This initial setup is necessary to proceed with group bindings, point systems, quests, and campaigns.

  • For additional setups, navigate to Entity Management > Add New Entity.

Define Entity Details:

  • Entity Name: Reflect your project or community.

  • Upload Logo: Add a logo for consistent branding.

Save and Manage:

  • Save the entity, and it will appear in the dashboard for further configuration.

  • Click on “Manage” and start to operate on the respective entity.

Managing Multiple Projects

If you’re managing multiple projects or communities, use separate entities for distinct projects to keep data, settings, and campaigns independent.

Segregation of Points and Campaigns

Each entity in RabbitBot operates with its own independent point system, quests, and campaigns. This ensures that user engagement and rewards are tracked separately for each project, eliminating data overlap and providing clear engagement metrics tailored to each community.

Customization for Campaigns and Settings

With separate entities, you can customize settings and campaign configurations to align with the unique goals, branding, and preferences of each project.

Personalization Options

After setting up an entity, you can further personalize it to match your project’s branding and tone:

  • Display Name: Customize the bot’s display name to reflect your entity’s identity.
  • Banner Logo: Adjust the banner logo under Settings > Personalization to ensure the bot appears branded to your specific community.

Entity Permission

  • Adjust admin permissions tailored to your requirements.

  • RabbitBot automatically maps Telegram admin permissions during the initial setup.
