Quests drive engagement through task-based actions.
Setting Up a Quest
To create and configure a new quest, follow these steps:

Access Quests: Go to the Quests section in the RabbitBot dashboard - Marketing and select Create New.

Basic Quest Information:

Title & Description: Enter a descriptive title and add details about the quest's purpose.

Banner & Color Customization: Upload a banner to visually represent the quest. Adjust colors to match your branding; use the “Custom” option and color picker if listed colors aren’t suitable.

Partner Integration: If the quest is a co-hosted or partnered event, select a partner. Both projects’ names will be displayed as collaborators.

Eligibility: Choose user eligibility criteria. Default options include “All Users” or “New Users Only.” More advanced eligibility filters will be available in future releases.

Private Tasks: Quests and campaigns are generally visible at the MiniApp level, meaning they’re accessible to all users within the group. For exclusive quests, use the Private Task option, which restricts visibility to users with a direct link.

Configuring Task Actions
RabbitBot supports a variety of social tasks on Telegram, X, and Discord to drive engagement and growth. Available task actions include:

Join: Prompt users to join a specific Telegram group or Discord server.

Follow: Require users to follow a designated profile on X, Youtube.
-
Repost: Encourage users to repost content, such as a specific message or post, to expand reach and visibility.
-
Custom Actions: Set unique tasks, like visiting a website, reading an article, or engaging with a specific piece of content.
Tip: Use referral-based tasks for growth-focused quests. For instance, setting “Invite 2 new users to complete this task” helps drive new members into the community.
Reward Options
RabbitBot allows various reward types, including Points, Tokens, Gifts, Tickets, Coupon and Whitelist:

Points: In-group reward points that contribute to the community point system.

Tokens: Select from RabbitBot’s network/token list, or input custom tokens if they aren’t available in the list.

Gifts: Customizable reward options for physical items, such as swags. The reward submission form includes physical address fields for physical gifts.

Tickets, Coupon, Whitelist: Digital reward options, Whitelist as an example is good for Pre-TGE projects to further engage with the community.
Distribution Method
RabbitBot offers multiple reward distribution methods to enhance campaign flexibility:

Random Selection: Winners are selected randomly.

First-Come, First-Served (FCFS): Rewards are given on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
Ranking: Suitable for content creation, contests, form function support those options.
Reward Record:
Reward records can be found at each Quest’s operation tab, under the “Triple Dots”, you can find the Reward Records for the respective Quest.
Distribute the reward to provide HashID or remark.
Quest Actions and Configuration
- Choose Platform: Select the social platform (Telegram, X, or Discord) for the quest.
Setup Referral, or customize your task.

Quest Title & Action Name: Set the quest title as it will appear in RabbitBot’s campaign listings. Define the action name, such as “Join,” “Follow,” or “Repost,” based on the specific task.

Verification Requirements: If direct API access isn’t available, manual verification may be required for certain tasks. Working with the “Form” system, manual verification is a feasible option for low cost operation.
Edit Quest:
When you need to edit the Quest, please offline the Quest first.
Different stages of edit:

If no one participates in the Quest, you can edit anything in the Quest, including the tasks.

If someone participated in the Quest, the tasks are not editable, only some of the contents are editable, e.g description, poster etc.
Live Preview
The Preview Panel on the right side of the setup page provides a real-time view of the quest setup. Use this preview to ensure the quest appears exactly as intended before publishing.
Quest Overview:
RabbitBot offers a range of tools to manage live events, track rewards, and monitor campaign outcomes:

Publish/Offline: Toggle an event’s status to control visibility.

Public/Private Visibility: Public events are visible at the MiniApp level; private events require a direct link for access.

Editing Options: Events can only be edited when offline. If a quest already has participants, some settings may be locked.

Reward Management: Access the reward distribution page to monitor and adjust user rewards.
-
Duplicate: Easily reuse settings from a past event, e.g series of Q&A.

Trash: Delete items as necessary.
Quick Action Tips:

Reward records, duplication, and deletion are managed directly within each event’s operational menu.

For some past events, if you do not wish them to be displayed on the main interface, click “Private” after the event to hide.
